TUSKEGEE UNIVERSITY varsity athletic teams compete in the 13-team Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC). The conference includes Tuskegee, Albany State, Benedict, Claflin, Clark Atlanta, Fort Valley State, Kentucky State, Lane, LeMoyne-Owen, Miles, Morehouse, Paine and Stillman.

Two T.U. student-athletes qualify to compete in regional cross country meet
As a result of this past weekend's SIAC Cross Country championship, two Tuskegee University student-athletes qualified to participate in the NCAA Division II regional cross country meet hosted by the University of Tampa on Saturday, November 7. The Golden Tigers, coming off an emotional come-from-behind victory against Albany State the week before, avoided a letdown Saturday when they played SIAC doormat Lane College in Jackson, Tenn.
