Legand L. Burge, Jr. is Dean of the College of Engineering, Architecture and Physical Sciences and Professor of Electrical Engineering at Tuskegee University.  He received his BS, MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1972, 1973 and 1979, respectively.  He has served on the faculty of George Washington University
