The Tuskegee University Marching Crimson Piper Band is under the direction of Mr. Warren L. Duncan, a native of Jacksonville, FL.   Mr. Duncan is a graduate of Florida A&M University where he earned the Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education in 1971.
