Tuskegee University Homecoming parade features new route, rules
Tuskegee University will celebrate its annual Homecoming celebration with activities beginning Nov. 5-8. In addition to various student and alumni events, special features include the traditional parade on Saturday, Nov. 7, which attracts a number of community organizations each year. The theme is: "Honoring Tuskegee University's Illustrious Fifth President." The parade begins at 9 a.m. at the historic Lincoln Gates on campus, facing Old Montgomery Road. More

Tavis Smiley announced as Homecoming/Charter Day Convocation speaker
Tuskegee University President, Dr. Benjamin F. Payton, has announced critically acclaimed author, speaker and television personality Tavis Smiley as the 2009 Homecoming/Charter Day Convocation speaker.
