Dr. Randal Pinkett has established himself as an entrepreneur, speaker, author and community servant. He is the founder, chairman and CEOof BCT Partners, a multimillion dollar consulting firm based in Newark, N.J., that specializes in information technology, organizational development, and public policy. Dr. Pinkett was also named the winner of NBC's hit reality television show, "The Apprentice," with Donald Trump. He was responsible overseeing both renovation and information technology projects for Trump Entertainment Resorts in Atlantic City, N.J. Since then, Pinkett has maintained a role with the Trump Organization as a boardroom advisor on The Apprentice, national spokesperson for the Trump Institute and faculty member for Trump University.
Prior to founding BCT Partners, Pinkett gained corporate experience as a member of Technical Staff at General Electric, AT&T Bell Laboratories, and Lucent Technologies.
Dr. Farrah Gray was named as one of the most influential black men in America by the National Urban League's Urban Influence Magazine. He was recognized by Ebony magazine as an entrepreneurial icon, business mogul and best-selling author. Raised in the impoverished south side of Chicago, Gray defied the odds and became a self-made millionaire by the age of 14.
Gray is a syndicated columnist with the National Newspaper Publishers Association federation of 200 weekly newspapers reaching more than 15 million readers. As an AOL Money Coach, he gives advice to millions of AOL subscribers daily on leadership, personal development, diversity, strategic planning, creativity, business development and financial management. He is the author of the bestselling books, Reallionaire, and most recently, Get Real, Get Rich: Conquer the 7 Myths Blocking You from Success (Dutton, January 2008).
Gray is the co-CEO of Realty Pros Real Estate Asset Management Company Brokerage, co-publisher/editor in chief of Prominent Magazine. The Farrah Gray Foundation, which Gray founded at 15, dedicates a portion of his income from speeches and book sales to scholarships and after-school literacy programs for inner-city youths.
