Directing the STEM Summer Bridge Program 2006-2009. Taught problem-solving, critical

thinking and programming, using simulation and modeling techniques in a new course CSCI

0105 in summer 2006. Will evaluate the impact of the new techniques on the performance of the

program graduates. Component of the second HBCU-UP grant

 

Developing a STEM Summer Bridge program for High School graduates intending to join

Tuskegee University. The program is based on Simulation and Modeling techniques. Supported

by the second HBCU-UP grant from NSF titled "Enhanced Communication and Collaboration

among STEM Disciplines through Undergraduate Curriculum Development and Research, 2004-
