Housing Contract and Leasing Information
Housing Contracts are issued for one full year and cannot be cancelled. In extreme emergencies, students who break their housing contracts are subject to a lease cancellation fee of $1,450 (plus pro-rated rental fees for time lived in the unit).
New students must pay a non-refundable $500 new student enrollment fee along with their housing application. Continuing students must pay a $450 one-time room security deposit, which is refundable.

A 50% room and board charge will be assessed if a student withdraws from Tuskegee University prior to the last day of registration. No part of the room and board rate is refundable after this date. (Juniors, Seniors, first year Transfer Students and Graduate Students who entered into the binding contract for Fall Semester are not exempt from penalty).
