The Office of Institutional Research, Assessment and Planning’s (OIRAP) mission is met through the following structure wherein its elements combine their resources and coordinate to yield a single unified response to the University’s information need. This office functions as a mid-level management unit under the Office of the Provost, Dr. Luther H. Williams.
