Assistant Professor - Department of Mathematics

The Department of Mathematics at Tuskegee University invites applications to fill a tenure-track position at the assistant professor level in any field of Mathematics beginning August 1, 2009.    Primary responsibilities include:  teach 12 hours of undergraduate courses each semester to include advising mathematics majors and undecided majors.    A record of publication in peer-reviewed academic journals and a demonstrated potential to seek external funding will strengthen the application.   Ph. D. in mathematics required.

Rank and Salary:  Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
