Tuskegee University Nondiscrimination Policy Statement

Tuskegee University in recognition of its legal and moral obligations will not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national or ethnic origin, age, pregnancy, marital status, parental status, economic status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, citizenship, veteran status or disability. The University also prohibits and has zero tolerance for harassment, violence, hazing, physical and cyber-bullying. This nondiscrimination policy covers employment, admissions, training, organizational affiliation, student housing, and health services treatment in all Tuskegee University programs and activities.
