The 45th Anniversary Observance and Outreach Forum of the Tuskegee University Forestry and Natural Resources Program is an event held to salute and recognize graduates of the program and share their professional careers in forestry and natural resources to the university, Forestry Council, partners, and the community. Furthermore, the forum offers both professional and technical information sharing by engaging Tuskegee University students, former students, council members, partners, supporters, friends, and university administrators in developing ways, means, methods, and processes that will assist socially and historically disadvantaged farmers and cooperatives to consider and perhaps implement some of the messages presented. Moreover, we are constantly adapting to changing environmental weather conditions while sustaining economic vitality and quality of life. This forum should enlighten us all to what’s happening before our eyes.
The Anniversary Observance/Outreach Forum is co-hosted by Tuskegee University College of Agriculture, Environment, and Nutrition Sciences (CAENS) and the Forestry/Natural Resources Program (TUF/NRP) Council. Program support comes from members of the Council which consist of the following entities - - USDA Forest Service, Alabama-USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service, Weyerhaeuser Company, The Davey Tree Expert Company, The Nature Conservancy, and CAENS.
The following educational institutions, federal and state agencies, private industry, companies, and businesses are invited to exhibit/vendor at the Anniversary Observance Forum.
