The University has been awarded CyberCorps: SFS-Scholarship grant to strength the national cyber security workforce.

The University has been awarded a five-year SFS-Scholarship grant from NSF starting from January 1, 2017. The project is to strength the national cyber security workforce. Golden Tigers Team participated in 2016 Black Enterprise TechConneXt Hackahthon competition and advanced to the TOP 3

Tuskegee University participated in 2016 Black Enterprise TechConneXt Hackahthon competition, which just took place in San Fransisco, CA during Oct. 8 - Oct. 11, 2016. The golden tiger team members include Joshua Silas (Freshman, EE), Madison Helmstetter (Junior, CS), Deasia Little (Senior, CS) , Jaylin Brown (Senior, CS, Team Leader), The team advanced to top 3 and made the presentation to the event. We learned the lessons including teamwork, product design and development, etc. The basic cyber contents, including secured wireless communication, software security design, etc. .
