Joint Program with Auburn University Pulp and Paper Program

Through an innovative collaborative program, Tuskegee University Chemical Engineering students have the opportunity to obtain technical elective credits in pulp and paper.  The two courses listed among the technical electives are fully accepted by Tuskegee as transfer hours.

The agreement between Auburn University and Tuskegee University makes all of this possible for students with full scholarship help.

The benefits offered are:

  • Full in-state tuition provided for each credit hour.
  • Books for the selected courses are furnished by the Pulp and Paper Foundation free of charge
  • A travel assistance stipend is provided to meet the cost of the student’s travel needs to and from Auburn University.

All this is offered through the Auburn Pulp and Paper Foundation (APPF) as an academic scholarship opportunity, and will be awarded on the basis of the application and evaluation process used for all APPF scholarships.
