Chemistry faculty members Dr. Michael Curry and Dr. Melissa Reeves will present modules developed for sixth and seventh grade science at a workshop at the Kellogg Conference Center October 25.  The workshop for middle school science teachers is funded by the Math Science Partnership (MSP): A NanoBio Science Partnership for the Alabama Black Belt.

Drs. Curry and Reeves have worked as team on the modules along with Dr. Alicia Curry from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and a crew of undergraduate assistants.  The undergraduates are primarily Science Education majors funded as MSP scholars under the MSP grant.
