Pretest Score Results

In order to evaluate the progress of physics 310 students, the department of physics conducts two examinations one in the beginning  of semester known as physics pretest and other at the end of semester known as post test. There was twenty questions probing different physics topics and associated concepts were given to students. Each question was worth one point. The two charts given below depicts the outcome of pretest results.  A major fraction of students (51.28 % ) scored in the range 11 to 13.  Another significant fraction of students (28.20%) scored in the range 0 to 10. A post test analysis would be given at end of the semester.  The comparison  would reveal improvement of student scores.
