The Robert R. Taylor School of

          Architecture & Construction Science

The School, through its Department of Architecture and Department of Construction Science, follows the founding policy of Tuskegee University - "Learning to do by doing." Although both departments originated in trade and vocational training, the present mission is to develop competent professionals capable of solving the complex problems of today and tomorrow. The mission of the School is to sustain the legacy of Booker T. Washington and the strategy of "educating the hand and the mind together."

The School offers two programs of study: a five-year Bachelor of Architecture program, and a four-year Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management.
