Mascot Try-Out Information

Application Deadline:  August 16th                                                                                                        

Mascot Try-out Date:  August 22nd (after cheerleader try-outs) 
                                  Chappie James Arena (Gym Floor)                                                            

The try-out session for school mascot is open to both males and females.  The mascot is expected to be highly energetic, friendly, display good sportsmanship at all times and keep the fans involved in supporting the team.  The try-out session is open for public viewing following cheerleader try-outs.

Requirements:

• Completed mascot application w/$25.00 application fee (non-refundable)
• Recent sports physical with sickle cell test results and proof of insurance (front and back of card)
• 2-3 minute skit displaying your talents. Bring your own music and props (if necessary)

Attire: 

All interested students must wear a t-shirt, shorts, socks and flat-bottomed athletic shoes with laces.  The shirt and shorts should not be excessively loose or tight.  No jewelry, tanks, biker shorts or leggings/tights (without proper cover).   

Interested students should submit a completed mascot application, $25.00 application fee (non-refundable), sports physical with sickle cell test results and proof of insurance to:
