ENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION The Business Skills Workshop was developed by the Tuskegee University Rural Business and Economic Development Program (RBEDP) in early Fall 1996. The goal of the program is to provide existing and new entrepreneurs with the basic skills needed to establish and manage businesses.
