Attach the SPRF, Justification, and Position Announcement documents (as a complete packet) and begin the signature approval process:

The position will be posted within 2-3 business days after all signatures have been received by all departments
All positions are posted for a minimum of (7) seven business days and must include a closing date.
HOW TO HIRE - STAFF POSITIONS
After (7) seven business days from the post date, departments can request (completed) submitted applications via email at employment@tuskegee.edu
Application packets are forwarded to include HR Referral Form and OHR approved Interview Questions
All interviews are conducted within the specific departments by the Dept. Head/Supervisor
After interviews are complete, department creates Hiring Referral Packet to include:
Interview Questions & Answers for all candidates interviewed
Selected candidates’ application materials
The Hiring Referral Packet will begin the signature approval process

Selected candidate is notified and a Conditional Offer of Employment is made once it is received by HR (After final approval from Office of the President)
Pre-employment background screening will be conducted
