Essential Duties and Job Responsibilites
We are seeking an administrative assistant who excels at communicating clearly and calmly with students, referral sources, and office staff while multitasking a variety of responsibilities in a sometimes fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be able to work independently and take direction from staff, be proficient with PC computers, Banner/Colleague, MS Office program, smartphones and texting, able to implement and manage Titanium Counseling Software, and multitask calls, emails and greeting clients.
