Position: Executive Assistant                               Location: Enrollment Management & Student Success 

Status: Full Time; Exempt

Special Qualifications

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with students and department directors
  • Prepare internal and external documents for team members, vendors, and alumni
  • Schedule meetings, manage appointments and build comprehensive travel itineraries
  • Assist with enrollment management on/off-campus events and staff appreciation functions
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff, students and partners
  • Take and transcribe minutes of meetings for review and typing into final form
  • Maintain the budget for the division of enrollment management
  • Create all Purchase Orders, Requisitions, Check Requests, and all Intra-institutional Vouchers for Enrollment Management
  • Perform all other duties as assigned 


  • Bachelor’s degree in the humanities or closely related fields
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience reporting to senior level management
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
  • Strong background/knowledge in the use of database systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
  • Previous office work experience, be able to accept responsibility and run administrative aspects for the office  
  • Advance Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with university-specific programs and software
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
