Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Tutorial Coordinator will communicate and work closely with the center’s director to efficiently and effectively lead tutoring efforts within T-CAEIL. The Tutorial Coordinator will coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the overall operation and staff of the peer tutoring program; recruit, hire, train, and evaluate tutors; develop learning outcomes and assessments for the tutoring program; develop training materials and deliver tutor training/certifications; work closely with faculty for recruitment; develop programs and activities to promote and publicize services to students; maintain budgets and payroll; create academic support and tutoring programs and services for international students.
