Securing a room requires the student to pay the required $200 non-refundable housing application fee and complete an application by March 25 for the Fall semester and November 20 for the Spring semester. This fee is separate from the $200.00 enrollment fee.

The Office of ADA Compliance works with the Housing and Residence Life staff to accommodate the needs of students. Students who need special assignment consideration and/or have a service animal or emotional support animal are strongly encouraged to contact the Director of Housing, William Samuel Sr. to discuss housing options.
