  • All students who have completed three (3) semesters with a minimum of 45 hours, have a 2.3 GPA or higher are eligible to apply. Independent students over 24 years of age are                 eligible for the Marable Apartments.  Students receiving Tuskegee University scholarships and Alabama Incentive Plans are not eligible unless they pay the full room rate.  Family discounts are excluded.
  • Continuing students must pay a $200 non refundable Housing Application fee. 
  • The Marable Apartments offer two-bedroom apartments in the 602, and 604 buildings that feature two bedrooms, with 1 bath. Appliances include refrigerator, stove and microwave ovens. The 606 building has apartments with one compact bedroom (at a lower rate) and one full size bedroom in each apartment with 1 bath. Appliances include refrigerator, stove, and microwave oven.
