All students who have completed three (3) semesters with a minimum of 45 hours, have a 2.3 GPA or higher are eligible to apply. Independent students over 24 years of age are eligible for the Commons Apartments. Students receiving Tuskegee University scholarships and Alabama Incentive Plans are not eligible unless they pay the full room rate. Family discounts are excluded.
Continuing students must pay a $200 non refundable Housing Application fee.
The Commons Apartments has two (2) and four (4) bedroom apartments available for Tuskegee University students meeting the requirements.
