Delegate RSVP Form buttonWe are honored to have you participate in the Inaugural Convocation and Investiture Ceremony of Dr. Charlotte P. Morris as a representative of your distinguished institution. Please note that only individuals appointed by their institution's president as its official representative will be able to serve in a delegate capacity during the Inaugural Convocation and Investiture Ceremony.

The following information is a general overview of the events and logistics of the day as they relate to our participating college and university delegates. Additional details concerning ceremony logistics and other information to plan your trip will be emailed to those delegates who RSVP.  Please RSVP by October 15, 2022.

Academic Attire and Robing

All delegates in the academic procession are expected to wear academic attire. If you do not have a cap and gown, please contact the school or organization you are representing so that they may provide you with the necessary academic regalia.

A secure room will be provided for robing and personal belongings that will be staffed during all inauguration events. The robing will be in the Gen. Daniel "Chappie" James Museum, located on the ground level of the Gen. Daniel "Chappie" James Center.

Each delegate will have an assigned position in the procession according to the year of founding of his/her institution. We ask that you be robed at least an hour before the ceremony so that we can assure the appropriate order of the procession. University staff members will be available to assist you.

Following the ceremony, we invite all guests to join us for a Reception at Gen. Daniel "Chappie" James Memorial Hall.
