The Alabama Local Government Showcase will bring together local government officials from across the state to highlight successes in local governance and partnerships. It will include informative sessions, helpful workshops, insightful roundtables, strategic networking, and offer relationship building opportunities. Click here for more information.

Sessions, Roundtables, & Workshops

All meeting events will be panel discussions with local government leaders and experts from state, regional, and federal government representatives. Time will be allowed for Q & A with many opportunities to network. Topics will include education, health, transportation, risk management, development, and partnerships. Registration includes all meeting events and meals from Monday evening through Wednesday afternoon. It also includes meeting materials. Registration is $225. CLICK HERE to register!!!! 


All meeting events will be held at the Wind Creek Casino & Hotel, 303 Poarch Road, Atmore, AL 36502. Atmore is in the southwestern part of the state, an hour from Mobile, AL.


Lodging is available at the Wind Creek Casino & Hotel. The meeting room rate is $99 per night. Please call Wind Creek Hotel at (866) 946-3360 and mention "Tuskegee University." The government rate is $89 per night. Alternative lodging is available in Atmore near the Wind Creek Hotel.
