Food Science & Biology Program

The Food Science/Biology option affords students majoring in food science and biology the opportunity to attain a dual major in four (4) years and two (2) summers. Upon graduation, the student is marketable for employment in either, area having two B.S. degrees. Previous students with a B.S. degree in Food Science were eligible and have pursued medical school and successfully graduated.
