INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON AGRICULTURAL EDUCATION AND GLOBAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, DECEMBER 11-12, 2023

The international conference "The Evolution of Agriculture Higher Education:  A Change Agent for Global Economic Growth" aims to critically examine the role of agricultural universities and agricultural education in driving socio-economic change worldwide, thus providing a context for moving forward with development in Nepal. Global experts will provide evidence-based results on how land grant universities have contributed to national economic progress through disruptive and innovative approaches to agricultural education. THE CO-DESIGN WORKSHOP, FEBRUARY 21-26, 2023

The first annual co-design workshop was held at Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU), Nepal from February 21-26, 2023. The workshop brought together stakeholders from the Agriculture and Forestry University (AFU) in Nepal, the USAID Nepal mission, and other key partners to collaborate on the USAID Agricultural Higher Education project. The co-design workshop provided a space for "creative collaboration" and involved all stakeholders in designing the implementation plan of the project.  READ MORE......
