Dr. Dewan Fahim Noor is an Assistant Professor at Tuskegee University, Tuskegee, AL, where he has been teaching since 2021. He received his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 2014, followed by an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2021. Dr. Noor serves as a P.I. at Tuskegee University for the NSF AI Institute for Artificial and Natural Intelligence (ARNI), Led by the institute P.I. Dr. Richard Zemel from Columbia University in collaboration. The institute has received a total funding of 20 million US dollars for a duration of 5 years.
