WHY SCHOLARSHIPS MATTER

“Your giving toward scholarships ensures that our students who possess the potential to be world-class leaders in the workplaces, boardrooms and communities where they will lead can do so. We must do all we can to help them prepare for their careers of tomorrow with all the financial resources they require today.”

CELEBRATE WITH US AND OUR SPECIAL GUESTS

Thanks to everyone who purchased tickets and are planning to be at the Crimson and Gold Gala. Ticket sales ended on Tuesday, Nov. 5.

Join President Lily D. McNair for an elegant, black-tie gala to support the scholarships that are so vital to our students’ ability to achieve their academic and professional dreams. Single tickets and tables of 10 are available. VIP ticket options offer prominent seating and special access to our pre-gala VIP reception.

Our inaugural Crimson and Gold Gala also will honor "The Fly Jock" himself — retiring radio personality and 1970 graduate Tom Joyner — for his and his foundation’s unwavering commitment to fund scholarships for HBCU students. Performing during the gala will be multi-platinum, Grammy Award-winning artist, songwriter, actress and philanthropist Monica. And, our hostess of ceremonies will be multitalented media personality, co-host of “The Daily Blast Live,” former Miss Tuskegee University and 1994 alumna Ebony Steele.

Directions to the hotel are available from the Renaissance's website.
