Tuskegee University’s College of Veterinary Medicine was featured early Wednesday on WSFA’s Today in Alabama.
Reporter Bethany Davis interviewed Dr. Ebony Gilbreath, Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, and Melvin Freeman, Dolly's owner and TUCVM Barn Manager, while visiting the TUCVM barn to meet Coco Chanel. The foal was born earlier this month, following months of care for her mother, Dolly, by a team of veterinarians and students.
Dr. Gilbreath also reminded viewers of the services the small and large animal hospitals provide to the surrounding community.
