The Office of Information Technology at the College of Veterinary Medicine (TUCVM OIT) is dedicated to supporting the academic, clinical, and administrative computing needs of our educational community. We provide secure, reliable, and purpose-driven technology resources to empower faculty, staff, students, and authorized guests in pursuit of excellence in veterinary medicine and related disciplines.
Responsible Use & Access
Access to TUCVM computing and network resources is a privilege—not a right. All users are expected to:
•Use technology resources solely for legitimate academic, research, clinical, and administrative purposes
•Protect systems and data from misuse, unauthorized access, and malicious activity
•Respect the privacy, rights, and digital property of others
•Conserve shared resources and avoid activities that disrupt or degrade performance
Acceptable Use Guidelines
By accessing any TUCVM computing system or network, users agree to:
•Comply with all university policies, local laws, and ethical standards
•Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, including personal and institutional data
•Refrain from using university technology for personal gain, unlawful activity, or non-sanctioned external business
•Report any suspected security breaches or misuse to the TUCVM OIT team promptly

All computing resources—including hardware, software, data, and network infrastructure—are the property of Tuskegee University. Use of these resources constitutes acceptance of this policy and agreement to uphold the standards of integrity, safety, and stewardship that define our institution.
