The Office of Human Resources is dedicated to making Tuskegee University the workplace of choice by creating, fostering and maintaining an environment which allows the University to attract, employ, and retain the best people. The Clery Disclosure Act

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act requires institutions of higher education to produce and distribute an annual report containing information on their campus crime statistics and campus security policies.  In accordance with that requirement, Tuskegee University Police Department and the Title IX Office, working with partners across campus, has prepared this report.  Tuskegee University (“TU,” “Tuskegee,” or “University”) distributes this report annually to all students and employee via an email notice containing a link to this electronic version of the report.  Any applicant for admission or employment may receive a copy on request.  You can read the report at 2024_Crime_and_Safety_Report.

HR Deadline Date

  • *NOTE: Please be sure you have accurate and complete information on all documents to prevent information having to be returned to your department for correction, as this will slow down process completion. Contact The Office of Human Resources at ext. 8510 if more information is needed.
  • ALL Personnel Action Forms and/or Contracts (i.e. Job Change, Promotion, Demotion, Stipends, Terminations, New Hires, and Faculty Contracts)  must reach the Office of Human Resources by the 15th of each month. 
  • **Failure to meet payroll deadlines will result in non-payment until the next payroll cycle**
