Tuskegee University will host the AIFARMS Hackathon 2025 from July 25–27, 2025, at Henderson Hall on campus. This innovative, hands-on event invites students from across disciplines to collaborate, design, and develop digital solutions that empower small-scale farmers through smart technology and sustainable innovation.
“Digital Innovation for Sm(all)-Scale Farmers.”- Participants will explore how data, AI, and digital tools can transform agriculture by creating scalable, climate-smart, and equitable solutions for local and global farming challenges.

The AIFARMS Hackathon brings together creative thinkers and problem-solvers from agricultural science, computer science, engineering, food systems, and business to ideate and build solutions that make a real-world impact.
Workshops and mentorship sessions will guide participants through data analytics, AI modeling, app development, and digital agriculture tools.
Who should join?
Undergraduate and graduate students from all majors and universities are welcome.
Disciplines include Agricultural and Environmental Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Food Science, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, and Plant Breeding.
No advanced coding experience is required—just a willingness to collaborate and innovate!
