▪ The 2026 TUCVM Symposium will feature the Whova App, one of the most widely used mobile apps at professional meetings. The 2026 TUCVM Veterinary Medical Symposium Whova App will launch Tuesday, February 17, 2026. All information MUST be uploaded by Thursday, February 12, 2026.
▪ Whova App Details and dimension requirements for logos and banners:
✓ Sponsors can upload and update their own Whova App info via a specially provided Web link.
✓ Logo => 500 x 500 pixels
✓ Rotating Banner Ads with Logos (top tier Sponsors) => 700 pixels x 210 pixels
✓ Sponsors can upload their company's video (3 GB).
✓ 2 PDF handouts of 10 MB/file
✓ Top tier sponsors can also send 1-2 email announcements to 60th Symposium registrants.
✓ Exhibitors and Vendors do not have tiers but can be added to the dashboard.
