Interlibrary Loan at Tuskegee University is a cooperative service with the Tuskegee University Library Services and partnering library institutions. Through this resource-sharing service, Tuskegee University students, faculty, and staff can borrow articles, books, dissertations, and more from other libraries. This request is submitted if the material is not available in the Tuskegee University library system. Before completing an interlibrary loan request, ensure that the item is not in the holdings of the Tuskegee University libraries.

Requests are processed Monday through Friday, unless it is an official university holiday. In rare cases, the lending process can take longer, depending on the availability of materials and the response time of the lending library.

Library patrons should submit interlibrary loan requests to the Interlibrary Loans/Cataloging Department. Patrons can find the request forms here or under the Forms section. Submit complete forms directly to the Interlibrary Loan Department at rfrazier@tuskegee.edu, alantz@tuskegee.edu, and slewis2@tuskegee.edu. The contact number is 334-727-8895 or 334-727-4688.

WARNING: The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted materials. Under certain conditions specified by law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish photocopies or reproductions. One of these specified conditions is that the photo or reproduction is not to be "used for any other than private study, scholarship, or research." If a user requests or later uses a photocopy or reproduction for purposes other than their own, they may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve a violation of copyright law.
