MS Degree in Environmental Management Program
The department offers two graduate training programs in the Environmental Sciences area, including the Master of Science in Environmental Sciences (Thesis [Residential Only] and Non-Thesis [Residential and Online] options), and the Master of Science in Environmental Management (Non-Thesis option, Online Only).
Students complete approximately 30 credit hours that include either a research thesis (thesis option) or a professional project (non-thesis option). Students may select from specialty areas such as climate change, watershed management, environmental health, fate and transport of environmental toxicants, soil health, and nutrient and ecosystem management.
This program is flexible in terms of research and coursework so that students can achieve their career goals and individual objectives.
