Accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, Tuskegee University offers students 42 bachelor’s, 16 master’s, and six doctoral degree options. In addition to SACSCOC accreditation, several academic units and degree programs in specialized fields or disciplines are also accredited by their respective accrediting bodies.

Supporters 70.5 or older with a traditional IRA are eligible to donate to Tuskegee University directly from their IRAs without increasing their taxable incomes. These gifts are, in many cases, tax-free, regardless of whether or not you itemize deductions on your tax return.

When you transfer appreciated assets to Tuskegee University, you avoid paying capital gains tax. You also become eligible to take a charitable deduction for the entire donation amount if you itemize deductions and own the stock for at least one year.

A student-to-faculty ratio of 14:1 allows students to develop life-long friendships with classmates and mentoring relationships with faculty.
